SUMMARY:
Party # 1 (Mendez) was driving V-1 on SR-35 n/b n/of Alpine at 50 mph.

deer ran across the road in an easterly direction from the west shoulder
directly at P-1. The deer hit V-1. P-1 was ejected from his vehicle.

A.O.I. # 3 (V-1 vs. Ground) was located approximately 102 feet N/ of
the N.
edge of Alpine Rd., and approximately 6 feet W/ of the E. roadway edge

CAUSE:
Based on party statements, witness statements and vehicle damage the
cause of this collision is other than driver.
